Shades is a dark and brooding and uncompressed book. It’s a whole other action-packed, butt
kicking novel. The characters are very well authored and will keep you interested. The storyline
is really interesting and unique. The story has some unexpected twists and turns that you’re going
to enjoy. The love scenes are intense but also delicate. Letty is a wonderful young lady. She is
prepared to begin her own life, but she wasn’t going to expect Shades to change her perspective.
This is a beautifully told story about self-development, not judging books by one‘s covers, as
well as a book full of strong women. Shades put up a strong fight, resulting in it being nice to see
him go down.
This is the third instalment of the Reckless Souls MC series. It’s an incredibly quick, stand-alone
novel which will keep you reading from beginning to end. The club is having issues with a
competitor MC. Litty and Shades are marvellously strong characters that already had me enough
that invested in their moral character and their “happily ever after,”. Letty and Shade’s love story
is a classic example of opposite poles emotionally attached to each other. This novel does
contain violent content, as anticipated with an MC love story. However, the violence is indeed
not inappropriate and is required by the plot.
To sum it up, it’s a cute, quick read that is an enjoyable addition to the series. Although the book
can be read as a stand-alone, it is recommended that you first read the other novels in the series.
In this one, KB generated some productive characters. It’s a riveting read. These characters are
simple to understand and enjoy. They are a little light on background stories, and yet they
compensate for it with steaming hot chemistry and all of the aspects we appreciate in an MC
romance read: the drama, action and preventative men that really are enjoyable to read. The book
is recommended for readers who enjoy MC romance but don’t want something too dark—a it’s
gentle romance with a twist.
